robinspinzonLas Vegas locals discounts at Caesars give Nevada residents a clear reason to stay close to home. In fact, the official Caesars page is headlined “Las Vegas Locals Discounts,” with the subheading “Vegas for locals.”
Moreover, the deals cover more than one hotel stay. They also cover parking, food and drink, spas, weddings, attractions and shows. So, this guide lists only what that official page shows, with no added prices or dates.
Who Qualifies for Las Vegas Locals Discounts?
First, these offers are for Las Vegas locals and Nevada residents. However, the exact proof you need depends on the offer.
For the featured food-and-beverage and parking offer, you must present a valid Nevada ID. In addition, the food-and-beverage discount also requires a Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase. The fine print calls for a valid Nevada government-issued photo ID.
For hotel deals, you must show a valid Nevada ID at hotel check-in. You must also be 21 or older. Likewise, spa, salon and wedding discounts require you to show your Nevada ID.
If you are not yet a member, Caesars Rewards enrollment is free at any Caesars Rewards Center. Finally, guests must be 21 or older to gamble, as noted on the page.
Featured Offer: Free Parking and 25% Off Food and Beverage
The featured offer runs from October 31 to December 26, 2026. During that period, Nevada residents can enjoy free self-parking at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts with a valid Nevada ID.
In addition, presenting a valid Nevada ID and Caesars Rewards card gives 25% off food and beverage. This discount applies at participating resort-owned restaurants, bars and lounges throughout Las Vegas.
However, the fine print sets clear limits. The food-and-beverage discount is only for Caesars Rewards members who present both cards at purchase. It is valid only at participating Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resort-owned outlets.
It also excludes special dining events, including Formula 1 Dining Experiences, private events, banquets and catering. It also excludes tax, gratuity and other exclusions set by participating venues.
Finally, the offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or group rate. It is subject to change or cancellation without notice, and management reserves all rights.
Local Hotel Deals: Additional 15% Off
Las Vegas locals discounts also include hotel savings. The page promises an additional 15% off your next staycation for Las Vegas locals.
To use it, you must show a valid Nevada ID at hotel check-in, and you must be 21 or older. Blackout dates apply, and the offer is subject to availability at select properties. Management reserves all rights.
Note that the page shows no promo code for this hotel offer. It also shows no exhaustive list of the select properties, so do not assume that every Caesars hotel is included.
Locals Spa and Salon: 15% to 20% Off
Next, spa and salon lovers can save 15% to 20% off Las Vegas spa and salon experiences. One example shown is 15% off at Qua Spa at Caesars Palace.
To book, use promo code LOCAL and add it to the notes of your reservation. You must also show your Nevada ID to receive the discount.
Blackout dates apply, and availability is limited, especially on weekends. The offer is subject to availability, and management reserves its rights.
Locals Caesars Weddings: 10% Off
For couples, Las Vegas locals discounts include 10% off through Caesars Weddings. To use it, mention promo code LOCAL when you book.
You must also show your Nevada ID to receive the discount. Blackout dates apply, and availability is limited on weekends. As with the spa offer, it is subject to availability, and management reserves its rights.
Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood
The page also lists Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. It describes 150 stores, restaurants and live entertainment venues at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
It also offers a Miracle Mile Shops VIP coupon book to download. However, the page shows no percentage or dollar discount for this card, so this guide adds none.
Attraction Offers for Locals
Attraction discounts on the page work in a simple way. In most cases, the discount applies automatically when you click “Book Now.”
These offers are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. They are also not valid on previously purchased tickets.
Here are the attraction offers shown:
- High Roller, The Linq Promenade: 20% off tickets. The page describes it as soaring 550 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, with 360-degree views, a 30-minute revolution and 28 spacious cabins. It calls it the largest observation wheel in North America.
- Fly LINQ Zipline, The Linq Promenade: 25% off tickets. The page calls it the Strip’s only zipline, launching from a 12-story tower and travelling 1,121 feet to the High Roller at speeds up to 35 mph.
- Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck, Paris Las Vegas: 25% off tickets. The page describes it as 46 stories up and a half-scale replica of the Paris landmark in France.
Headliners and Concerts
The same booking terms apply to most headliner and concert offers. Discounts apply automatically on “Book Now,” subject to availability, with possible blackout dates, and they are not valid on previously purchased tickets.
The offers shown are:

- Wayne Newton, Flamingo Las Vegas: $10 off tickets.

- Yandel, PH Live at Planet Hollywood: $40 tickets for October 29, 2026.
Production and Adult Shows
Production and adult shows follow the same general terms, with one clear exception below. Most discounts apply on “Book Now,” subject to availability, with possible blackout dates, and they are not valid on previously purchased tickets.
The offers shown are:
- RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!, Flamingo Las Vegas: 25% off tickets. Unlike most show cards, this one says to use code LOCAL to unlock the offer.

- X Rocks, Horseshoe Las Vegas: $10 off tickets.
- Chippendales, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino: 20% off tickets.
Family-Friendly Shows
Family-friendly shows use the same general booking terms as the other show offers. Discounts are subject to availability, blackout dates may apply, and they are not valid on previously purchased tickets.
The offers shown are:
- Criss Angel Mindfreak, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino: 25% off tickets.
- Piff the Magic Dragon, Flamingo Las Vegas: $10 off tickets.
- Mat Franco, The LINQ: $10 off tickets.

How to Use Las Vegas Locals Discounts
In short, keep your Nevada ID ready, and keep your Caesars Rewards card ready for food and beverage. For spa, salon and wedding bookings, use promo code LOCAL as directed above. For RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!, use code LOCAL as well.
For most attractions and shows, click “Book Now” on the official page so the discount can apply automatically. For parking and food and beverage, present your ID and card in person, as the terms require.
Before you book, check the official page again for availability and blackout dates. The page does not list specific blackout dates for most offers, beyond the dates noted above. Therefore, do not treat any date as guaranteed until you check it at booking.
What the Page Does Not Show
To stay factual, this guide also notes what the official page does not show. It does not give an exhaustive list of all participating Caesars hotels. It does not give specific blackout dates for most offers. It does not give a promo code for the hotel offer or for the parking and food-and-beverage offer. Finally, it does not give a percentage or dollar amount for the Miracle Mile Shops card.
For the latest terms, visit the official Caesars Las Vegas locals page. That page is the only source for the deals in this post.
